We differ from apartments and condominiums: we offer a cooperative form of shared home ownership. Residents become members of the cooperative by purchasing a share in the cooperative. Members collectively pay a monthly maintenance fee, and as a shareholder, take part in decision-making and running the cooperative as a whole. Without the burden of home maintenance, members can focus on creating a rich life focused on what’s important to them. Our community is a true cooperative which gives us a family-like feeling.
