Medica is contracted with the Federal Medicare program to offer Medicare Advantage and Cost plans tailored for individuals to cover hospital stays, doctor visits, prescriptions, and preventive care. Medica Medicare plans, available to those 65 and older (and certain younger individuals with disabilities), provide access to a broad network of healthcare providers and coverage options for MN residents.

Medica is a Cost, HMO-POS, and PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Medica depends on contract renewal.
