Aging Services for Communities

At Aging Services for Communities we offer a number of services to assist elderly individuals and disabled persons as well as caregivers. We strive to offer affordable non-medical services to help you or your loved ones remain in their own homes for as long as possible. While asking for help, whether you’re a caregiver or a potential care-receiver, can be difficult, it can be extremely rewarding. In the end, all you’re looking for is support so you can continue or get back to living well, and we’re here to provide that support, it’s just that simple. Aging Services for Communities is a private, non-profit agency licensed by the state of Minnesota and fully insured and bonded.
